Company History:

BGV International Inc., is a full service general engineering contractor and management services Company, California based and licensed by the State of California to conduct business in the capacity of:

Contractor License No. 934963

‘A’ (General Engineering)
‘B’ (General Building)
‘C-47’ (Manufactured Homes)
‘C-36’ (Plumbing)
‘C-10’ (Electrical) 

The company began business on June 1, 1990 in California and in 2008 started conducting business under the name BGV International and since that date has conducted business continuously from our office located in Fresno, California.

We are licensed to perform many various phases and trades in the building industry within the realm of commercial, industrial and civil works construction, there is virtually no type of structure which the company has not successfully completed.

General Engineering Construction:

BGV’s primary focus is the Government and Commercial construction markets. We are a full service General Engineering Contractor specializing in Design/Build new and renovation construction, traditional bid build construction, SCIF Builds and Decommissions and other specialty construction. We also provide estimating and budgeting services as well as project Management and design consulting services.

Design Build Construction:

BGV has successfully performed numerous design build projects for both renovation and new work in commercial both Federal and private sectors. We work very closely with our team members, to include A/E’s, subs, consultants and suppliers to provide a high level of quality and customer satisfaction on all of our projects.

Mission Critical and Specialty Projects:

BGV is ready and able to provide complete construction and accreditation of mission critical and specialty facilities. Through our extensive pool of highly qualified Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, consultants and suppliers, we offer turnkey solutions for single source projects and programs.

Safety Policy:

It is the policy of BGV International…

…that the safety of our employees, and the public, is of the highest priority. Accident prevention shall be considered of primary importance
in all phases of operations and administration. It is BGV intent to always maintain effective standards that will guard against injuries and
illnesses occurring on the job.

…to maintain open communication between management and staff on matters pertaining to safety. All employees are encouraged to
express their concerns or suggestions to help promote safe work practices and conditions.

…to provide current safety news, safety activities and reading materials, signs, and posters, which will be easily accessible to all
employees.

To meet our commitment to safety, management will:

Establish and insist upon safe work practices and conditions

Ensure that contractors working on our premises have, and follow, appropriate safety procedures.

From years of experience in the construction industry, BGV has a fundamental leadership approach that is based on a commitment to excellence in craftsmanship, customer service. To enact this philosophy, BGV holds to the following key principles:

 

  1. Quality workforce. Hiring, training, and retaining the best qualified, experienced and motivated personnel. The management plan consists of multiple layers of effective management from conception to completion to ensure the Owner receives complete time, cost and schedule management for the entire project.
     
  2. Top flight key leadership. Placement of highly competent senior managers at the project executive, project manager, and team leader level and provide them with the resources and authority for quick and efficient decision-making.
     
  3. Proper resourcing. Provide our project teams with the resources needed to operate on behalf of the customer at the highest level of efficiency and performance while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
     
  4. Strong subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and consultants. This helps support our projects by developing long term Relationships with highly talented subcontractors and suppliers in our area of operations.
     
  5. Agility, flexibility and resiliency. Remembering our small company roots, we have retained the capacity of a small company to be fast on its feet while gaining the principle of mass to meet the need of larger projects as we grow.
     
  6. Work smart. We practice an ethic of hard and quality work, but leverage best business practices as we work smart up and down the organizational line to achieve success on behalf of our customers and stakeholders, and to do it safely.

Our Design Team

Anne

Anne is a University of Santo Tomas graduate. She is a Registered and Licensed Architect with extensive experience in planning, design, and development control. She excels at technical drawing, BIM, and 3D visualization. As a team member, she applies her technical expertise to flesh out concepts into final designs and built projects.

                             

 

Adhara Pilapil

As an Architect, Adhara believes in a human centric design approach to other forms of life. Using this design, she aims to create a good habitat for the people in the modern built environment that advance’s health,  improve cognitive function and providing every user opportunities  to a uniquely memorable experience of the space as well as physically accessible designs to individuals with disabilities.

Throughout her career, she worked on and completed projects of varying typologies and scale in Asia, particularly in Singapore; Philippines and United Arab Emirates. Although the projects she worked on involved in a diverse range of project typologies – from private villa to a commercial buildings – she remains passionate about delivering high quality design that is timeless, innovative and sustainable.

                             

 

Krizha Cerezo

Her ability to strategically incorporate the natural environment with building design is her best asset as a design lead. Krizha strongly believes in the role of architecture in urban development. Combined with 6 years of construction experience both in management, execution and design, her practical and modern design approach helps the team ensure that every output produced and every design decision is equivalent to an improvement in the end user’s way of life. Her hard work and dedication to her craft can be reflected in the quality of work she puts out for every project.
