BGV International, (BGV), is a minority owned full service general engineering contractor and management services Company, California based and licensed by the State of California. The company began business on June 1, 1990 in California and in 2008 started conducting business under the name BGV International and since that date has conducted business continuously from our office located in Fresno, California.
We are licensed to perform many various phases and trades in the building industry within the realm of commercial, industrial and civil works construction, there is virtually no type of structure which the company has not successfully completed. With almost 3 decades in the construction business we have done work in almost all phases of construction, from grading to Underground utilities, foundation to roofing, restorations to new construction. We own most of the equipment’s and tools required to complete most of the trades. We have a strong team with experience to perform even the most challenging projects.

Chief Executive Officer
As a seasoned General Engineer Contractor for nearly 3 decades, AJ understands what it takes to complete a project on time and on budget. Over the years, he has completed numerous projects in the private sector and for the US Federal government both domestic and international. Under his leadership, BGV has evolved to a design build firm. With his in-depth knowledge and field experience, he is involved hands on from conception to design phase to implementation and construction of the project.
Her ability to strategically incorporate the built environment with building design is her best asset as a design lead. Krizha strongly believes in the role of architecture in urban development. Combined with 6 years of construction experience both in management, execution and design, her practical and modern design approach helps the team ensure that every output produced and every design decision is equivalent to an improvement in the end user’s way of life. Her hard work and dedication to her craft can reflected in the quality of work she puts out for every project.
Rachel’s 5+ years of diverse experience in Architecture and Construction and her passion for Design Innovation positively impacts both in and out of the office. She holds a Degree and Professional License in Architecture and has a keen eye for the details which allows her to work on projects that allow her to utilize her creativity and software skills. Rachel is committed to learning and expanding her skills, and looks forward to discovering the various aspects of Architecture. Her creativity, communication, timeliness, and friendly demeanor make her an essential part of the Team.
With years of experience in the Mechanical field, Ahllan supports the team into a deeper perspective with the MEP aspects of a project. Having had prior role as a captain for HVAC Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary Design, Ahllan provides fresh ideas and better understanding when solving complex problems if faced with one.
With Eric’s extensive background knowledge in
Architecture and advanced training in Autodesk
softwares such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D,
he’s able to provide his valuable efforts to help
maintain the project’s progress and manage the
team to accomplish their specific responsibility

With over 20 years of experience, Agustine manages overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department while ensuring safe and efficient operations.
